AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-38 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by ado�ting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1:
A portion of Lot 19 of Anaheim Extension as surveyed
by William Hamel, December 11, 1868, and filed for
record in the Office of Los Angeles County, California,
a copy thereof being on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California in Book 3,
Pages 163 Et Seq. of Los Angeles County Maps, being in
the City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of East Street
which bears North 15° 23' 06" West, 767.20 feet from
the centerline intersection of East Street and Ball Road,
said point being the true point of beginning; thence
along the centerline of East Street, North 150 23' 06" West,
488.00 feet to an intersection with the Westerly prolonga-
tion of the Southerly line of Tract No. 3327, M.M.
107/17-19; thence along the Southerly line of said Tract
No. 3327 and its Westerly prolongation thereof, North 740
36' 54" East, 656.26 feet; thence continuing along the
Southerly line of Tract No. 3327, North 890 56' 38" East,
715.60 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Tract No.

6409, M.M. 241/25-29; thence along the Westerly line of
Tract No. 6409 and the. Westerly line of Tract No. 6646,
M.M. 249/38-39, South 150 23' 06" East, 984.56 feet; thence
South 74° 36' 54" West, 245.12; feet; thence South 800 37' 23"
West, 236.17 feet; thence North 150 23' 06" West, 585.42
feet; thence South 89° 56' 38 West, 285.99 feet; thence
South 74° 36' 54" West, 590.59 feet to the true point of
beginning.
now is M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the 'property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the .City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said. City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage.it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 22nd _ day of July , 19 69.
