2703ORDINANCE NO. 2703 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R -'4 - determining that a change or changes in t1�ie zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the land shown as "Navarro Tract" on a map showing the partition of the M. Yorba Estate, as shown on a Map filed in Book 1, page 27 of Record of Surveys in the office of the county recorder of said County described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land described in the deed to Glen Wiley and Wife recorded May 5, 1950 in Book 2008, page 566 of Official Records, records of said County; thence South 0° 27' 00" East, along the Westerly line of said land, 218.09 feet to the Northerly line of La Palma Avenue (106.00 feet wide) as described in the deed to the County of Orange recorded June 29, 1967 in Book 8296, page 113 of Official Records, records of said County; thence North 890 59' 101" East, along said Northerly line, 717.12 feet to the Easterly line of the land described in said deed to Glen Wiley; thence North 00 29' 55" West along said Easterly line, 97.57 feet to the Northeast corner of the land described in said deed to Glen Wiley; thence along the Northerly line of said land of Glen Wiley, the following courses: North 760 28' 56" West, 30.55 feet; North 760 29' 49" West, 52.24 feet and North 80° 59' 49" West, 645.44 feet to the point of beginning. Also excepting therefrom the Easterly 20 feet. -1- 66-67-64 (5.) now is R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following condition: That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or .other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
