AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2539 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO-
CEEDINGS NO. 62-63-64.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on July 16, 1968, adopt
Ordinance No. 2539 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-
64 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
zoning and changing the property therein described from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE
as to parcel A and from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to
R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE as to parcel B, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said ordinance; and
follows.; WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of said ordinance reads as
"7. That a 6 -foot masonry wall, reduced to 42
inches in height within 15 feet of the Lin-
coln Avenue right of way, shall be constructed
along the westerly line of subject property
prior to final building inspection, or that
a bond in an amount and form satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with
the City to guarantee the construction of
said wall."
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 7 should be deleted from Ordinance No. 2539.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2539 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 62-63-64 be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting
therefrom Condition No. 7.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of July , 1969.
