2686ORDINANCE No. 2686 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIa' E MEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re- ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Northwest quarter of the North- west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said South- east quarter of Section 22, distant South 01 14' 30" East 298.40 feet from the center of said Section, said center point being the intersection of the center line of Cerritos Avenue from the West with the North and South quarter Section line of said Section; thence from said point of beginning North 890 56' 00" East 660.70 feet to a one -inch iron pipe, as shown on a Vlap filed in Book 15, page 4 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence South 01 15' OV East 340.76 feet to a one -inch iron pipe, as shown on said survey; thence South 890 55' 30" West 660.75 feet to a point on said West line of the Southeast quarter, distant South 00 14' 30" East 639.26 feet from the center of said Section; thence North 00 14' 30`° West 340.86 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 170.40 feet. -1- 66-67-61 (30) now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE and M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, COMERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the following conditions; 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, side- walks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and speci- fications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the propertyis developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Super- intendent of Streets, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Miap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning !dap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning trap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certif,7 to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) dais from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full .force.
