AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with
as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1: The Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, in
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana City of Anaheim, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 120.00 feet;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 190 feet;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 150.00 feet of
the Easterly 270.00 feet of the Northerly 330.00 feet;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 30 feet;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all oil, gas, minerals and
other hydrocarbon substances lying below a depth of
500 feet, but without the right of surface entry to
take, market, mine, explore or drill for same, as
reserved in the deed from Petreny, Inc., a corpora-
tion, and others, recorded June 28, 1962, in Book
6160, page 919, Official Records.

PARCEL 2: An easement for storm drain purposes,
together with the right of ingress and egress for
the purpose of installing and maintaining same over
the North 4.00 feet of the South 5.00 feet of the
West 190.00 feet of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, in
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot, for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front
foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to
be paid at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building
inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in
architectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in

to the passage of this
printed once within
the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
