AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 69R-44 and 69R-162 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Southerly 205.00 feet of the South 11.60
acres of the infest 21.60 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a -Zap
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County.
EXCEPT therefrom the Westerly 195.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT therefrom that portion thereof described
in that certain Final Order of Condemnation No.
114537 Parcel 3, recorded June 3, 1964 in Book
7073, page 214 of Official Records of said County.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning_ap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall s -)e excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorr_aorated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amende0l. is hereby adopted and the
City ;engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Man showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheira Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) da -,7s from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
