AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-666 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the west half of the southwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of -Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, SBM, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County
described as follows:
Beginning at the center of said Section 13 (also
being the center line intersection of Orange
Avenue and Dale Avenue); thence North 0° 11' 4511
West 1330.85 feet to a point on the center line
intersection of Dale Avenue and Broadway; thence
along the center line of Broadway North 89° 36' 00"
East 332.40 feet to the northwest corner of Tract
No. 2755 as per map recorded in book 112, pages
31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of
said County Recorder; thence along the west line
of said Tract No. 2755 South 00 12' 53" East 665.45
feet to a point; thence along the south line of
said Tract No. 2755 North 890 36' 16" East to a
point on the northerly prolongation of the west
line of Tract No. 2864 as per map recorded in
book 88, pages 20 and 21 of said Miscellaneous

Maps; thence along said northerly prolongation
- and the west line of said Tract No 2864 South
00 14' 02" East 665.46 feet to a point on the
center line of Orange Avenue; thence along said
center line South 890 36134" West 411.68 feet to
the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City_ Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of April , 19 69 .

on the 22nd day of April, 1969, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 29th day
of April, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte and Clark
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2671 on the 29th day of April,
1969.
