AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-43 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1: That portion of the northwest quarter of
tte'rsou0iwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 9 West SBB&M in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Tract No. 4412,
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 155, pages 9 to 12
inclusive, records of said county; thence along the
existing right of way line of Lincoln Avenue North
78° 52' 51" West 544.82 feet to a point which is 535.00
feet measured at right angles from the westerly line
of said Tract No. 4412; thence parallel to said
westerly line North 00 13' 23" East 648.46 feet to a
point; thence North 890 52' 12°" East 432.01 feet to
a point which is 103.00 feet measured at right angles
from the westerly line of said tract No. 4412; thence
parallel to said westerly line South 0° 13' 23" West
602.34 feet to a point; thence South 520 37' 55" East
129.21 feet to a point on said westerly line; thence
along said westerly line South 00 13' 23" West 73.74
feet to the point of beginning.

PARCEL 2: That portion of the northwest quarter of
e southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, SBB&M in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Tract No.
4412 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, book 155, pages 9
to 12 inclusive, records of said county, distant North
0° 13' 23" East 73.74 feet from the southwesterly
corner of said tract; thence North 520 37' 55" West
129.21 feet; thence parallel and distant 103.00 feet,
measured at right angles from said westerly line of
Tract No. 4412, North 00 13' 23" East 602.34 feet;
thence North 890 52' 12" East 103.00 feet to said
westerly line; thence along said westerly line South
0° 13' 23" West 681.00 feet to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in the following zones:
That Parcel 1 hereinbefore described
shall be changed to and incorporated
in R-2-5000, One -Family Zone; and
That Parcel 2 hereinbefore described
shall be changed to and incorporated
in R-1, One -Family Residential Zone.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 22nd day of April, 1969, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 29th day
of April, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte and Clark
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2665 on the 29th day of April,
1969.
