2662ORDINANCE NO. 2662 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution Nos. 63R-63, 64R-58, 67R-457 and 69R-138 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Northwest quarter of the North- west quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East half of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence North along the East line of the West half of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter to a point South 660.00 feet from the North line of said section; thence East 330.00 feet parallel with said North line; thence South 660.00 feet parallel with the West line of said East half to the South line of said East half; thence West 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the South 330.00 feet thereof. Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed in Book 28, page 13 of Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. -1- 62-63-38 now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE,�and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the•City of Anaheim the sum of $25 per apartment unit to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event said amount shall not have been paid by May 1, 1969, there shall be due and payable at the time the building permit is issued the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit. 2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as deter- mined and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed with a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. 3. That'subject property shall be developed substan- tially in accordance with Revision No. 3 of Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 on file with the City of Anaheim. 4. That sidewalks shall be installed along Del Monte Drive as required by the CityEngineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, prior to final building inspection. SEC^1ION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
