2661ORDINANCE NO. 2661 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 69R-3 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The south 160.00 feet of the North 5.258 acres of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51 page 11 of Miscell- aneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, which said North 5.258 acres is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said section, South 674.96 feet from the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of said section; thence Easterly 663.93 feet parallel with the North line of said section; thence South 345.00 feet parallel with the West line of said section; thence West 663.95 feet parallel with said North line to said West line; thence North 345.00 feet along said West line to the point of beginning. Except the Westerly 92.00 feet thereof. -1- 68-69-50 now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final building and zoning inspections. 3. That a six foot masonry along the east property developed for carports, and zoning inspections. wall shall be constructed line in the section not prior to final building 4. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homes, prior to final building and zoning inspections. 5. That the parking areas shall be lighted with down - lighting of a maximum height of six (6) feet, which lighting shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area, and shall be installed prior to final building and zoning inspections. 6. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per apartment unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time building permit is issued; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event said amount shall not have been paid by May 1, 1969, there shall be due and payable at the time the building permit is issued the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
