2646ORDINANCE NO. 2646 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2188 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64-65-56. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did, on September 14, 1965, adopt Ordinance No. 2188 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-56 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning and changing the property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said ordinance; and follows: WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of said ordinance reads as "6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Revision No. 1; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that all development along the easterly 90 feet shall be limited to one story in height." AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition No. 6 should be deleted from Ordinance No. 2188. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2188 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-56.be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 6. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 11th day of March, 1969.
