AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-55 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL ONE
The Southerly 202.00 feet of that portion of the West
one-half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said South-
east quarter South 89° 40' 43" West 426.88 feet from
the Southeast corner of said West one-half; thence
continuing South 89° 40' 43" West along said Southerly
line 237.27 feet to the West line of said West half;
thence North 00 13' 03" West along said West line 586.66
feet to the Southwest corner of Tract No. 3007, as shown
on a map recorded in book 89, pages 33 and 34, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
North 890 40' 43" East along the Southerly line of
said Tract 3007, 236.81 feet to a point South 890 40'
43" West 427.28 feet from the East line of said West
one-half; thence South 00 15' 45" East 586.66 feet
to the point of beginning.
