AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1966 in RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 62-63-107.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on January 21, 1964,
adopt Ordinance No. 1966 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
62-63-107 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code re-
lating to zoning and changing the property therein described
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth;
and
follows
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of said ordinance reads as
115. That -a bond in an amount and form satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with
the. City to guarantee the construction of a
wall along the easterly property line, which
bond shall be posted prior to final building
inspection."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has re-
quested that said Condition No. 5 be deleted from Ordinance No.
1966, and that the bond heretofore posted with the City to
guarantee the construction of said wall be released; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request should
be granted inasmuch as proceedings are now pending to reclassify
the property abutting subject property on the east to M-1, LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that said wall will not be needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1966 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 62-63-107 be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom Condition No. 5.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of February, 1969.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 11th day of February, 1%9, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 25th
day of February, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUCNILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2639 on the 25th day of February,
1969.
