AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No (s) . �7i —310 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with, as to the Property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lots 1 and 2 and that one acre school
lot of the Walnut Colony Tract, in the City of I1naheira,
County of Orange, State of California, as per reap filed
in Book 1 page 14 of 'record of Surveys, in tile- office
of tine County %ecorder of said county, lying L;ast of
a line parallel with ana T'ilesterly 338.00 feet ,L,easurea
along the Northerly line from file center line of :.Test
:street adjoining said lots on the Last.

condtions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim., such as cur js and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City --Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of -tile City EEngineer and in accord-
ance with stan(__'4ar6L plans and specifications on file
in the office of the City � ngineer, at the ti�.ie the
property is developed.

2. Tilat the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anahei a the sun_ of ;.2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to
be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of hnaheic L the sum of 15� per front foot for
tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at
the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in tine Office
of the Director of Public works and Superintendent
of Streets, prior to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities small be
properly sUielded from view and shall be in archi-
tectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning slap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluder from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set fortrc, and said
City Zoning elap as amende(. is hereby adopted and tae City-'ngineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Llap showing the changes hereby approver and
adopted.
SEICTION 3.
The City Cleric shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the sac. -,e to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anane i « asulletin ,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in saki City, and thirty (30) bays from and after
its final passage it shall ta:ce effect and be in full force.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 24th day of December, 1968, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
7th day of January, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
