2622ORDINANCE NO. 2622 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 64R-200 and 65P.-465 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a,change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with, as to the property hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1. Lots 5 and 6 of the 'north half of Lot 7 of Tract No. 796, as per map thereof recorded in Book 24, at page 28, of Miscellaneous haps, records of said Orange County. EXCEPTING that portion along the Nast line thereof included in Webster avenue. PARCEL 2. That portion of Lot 1, 31ock A of Tract No. 796, in the County of Orange, State of California, as per reap recorded in Book 24, page 28 of iIiscellareous idaps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, bounded as follows: On the worth by the V esterly prolongation of the 1'.'iorth line of Lot 5 of said Tract No. 796. On the South by the Westerly prolongation of the South line of the north half of Lot 7 of said Tract 1,'J 796. now is R -ii, AGRICULTU��iL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, <iULT1PLL,-FA-.LILY RLSiI1LNTIr�L ZONE, upon the following conditions. -1- 63-64-62(6) 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of :25.00 per dwelling unit to be used for Park and Recreation purposes, said amount to paid prior to the issuance of a building perixit; provided, however, that in the event said suii shall not have been paid by i -,.fay 1, 1969, there shall ,be due and payable prior to the issuance of a building permit the sur: of $150.00 per apartment unit. 2.
