AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 6SR-615 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot 1 of Tract No. 1194, as shown on a neap recorded
in Book 38, Pages 1 and 2 of Tviscellaneous 1, aps,
Records of Orange County, California.

to and incorporated in P-1, AU`i'Oi OZIL:u PARKI4�G ZO aE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the west and south property lines, and that
said wall shall be stepped down at the corner, in
accordance with Code provisions.
2. That the final parking plan shall be approver; by
the Development Review Board i t hat any landscaped
areas in the parking area shall be protected with
concrete curbs six inches in height; and that con-
crete wheel stops shall be provided for all parking
spaces.
3. That the parking areas shall be ligated with down -
lighting of a maxi -IL height of six feet, and that
said lighting shall be directed alvav from the
property lines to protect the residential integrity
of the area.

4. That subject property shall be developed in
accordance with the C-1, General Commercial Zone,
Site Development Standards.
5. That screen landscaping (trees on 20 -foot centers)
shall be planted adjacent to the west property line
wall, and that plans for said landscaping shall be
submitted to and approved by the Superintendent of
Parkway Mlaintenance.
6. That all of the conditions required to be complied
with prior to the adoption of an ordinance in
Reclassification No. 63--64--50,which covers the
property adjacent to subject property to the north,
shall be complied with in order that said property
may be zoned C-3 in conformance with its present use.
7. That all access ri dhts to lwilacArtllur Manor shall be
dedicated to the City of _-Anaheim, and that the
driveway shall be rermoved and replaced with standard
curbing.
8. That conditions Nos . 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior
to final building and zoning inspections.
SSECTION 2.
The City Zoning I,iap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the -property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated. in and
made a part of the zone or zones as a0ove set forti-1, an(' said

SECTIO1,41 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption:, in the Ana Bei n Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation., printed, pui,liai7ed and

its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

December, 1968.
