2620ORDINANCE NO. 2620 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AATNDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No (s) .-__fL3R-949 �^ � r _ determinina that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and WDLEREAS , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOVI, THEREFORE, , THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOUS: SECTIO) 1 That Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code relating to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: -� 63-64-50 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit : Parcel 1 . That portion of "Dreyfus and others" land in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a. map of Survey by William Harvel filed for record in Los Angeles County, a copy of which is shown on pages 163 et seq., in book 3, entitled "Los Angeles County Maps", records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a. stake in the intersection of Los Angeles Street and South Street, said stake being 12.50 feet southeasterly of the center line of South Street and 2't.50 feet southwesterly from the center line of Los Angeles Street; thence Southeasterly 4.25 chains parallel with the center line of said Los Angeles Street; thence Southwesterly 4.71 chairs parallel with the center line of said South Street; thence North- westerly 1_.25 chains parallel with the said center lire of Los Angeles Street; thence Northeasterly 41.71 chains parallel with the said center line of South Street to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that portion thereof lying westerly of a, line parallel with and easterly 68.00 feet from the easterly line of that alley 10 feet in width along the easterly line of Tract No. 11, as per map recorded in book 9, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county. ALSO EXCEPT the Westerly 9 feet of the Easterly 9.25 feet of said land, as granted for the widening of Los Angeles Street, to the City of Anaheim, by deed recorded August 5, 1905 in boor 147 page 317 of Deeds. ALSO EXCEPT that portion of said land which was granted for the widening of South Street to the City of Anaheim, by deed recorded December 9, 1912, in book 22u_, page 110 of Deeds. Said land is included within the area shown on the map of Tract No. 11911- recorded in book 36, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, of said Orange County. Parcel 2. That portion of "Dreyfus and others" land in the City of Anahe hTi, County of Oranne, State of California, as shown on a map of Survey by William lame 1 filed for record in Los Angeles County, a copy of which is shown on pages 163 et seq., in book 3, entitled "Los Angcle s County Paps", records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of West South Street as described in a deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded December 9th, 1912 in Boot: 2211, ''age 110 of Deeds with a line parallel with and Easterly 66.00 feet from the Easterly line of the 10.00 -foot alley shown on a Map of Tract No. 11, recorded in Book 9, page 11 of Piscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along said parallel line to the South- erly line of land described in the deed to Marceleno Soto, recorded November 29th, 1887 in Book 319, page 85 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California; thence Westerly to the Southwesterly corner of said land of Soto; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said land of Soto to the Southerly line of said hest South Street.; thence Easterly to the point of beginning. now is R-3, MULTIPLE-FPX,IILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY-C01d'i11 RCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final bui:Iding inspection. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2." SECTION 2. The City Zoning i -lap shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTI0N 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
