AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 182 CHAPTER 18.04 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION
18.04.0751 RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.04 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the game is hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 18.04.075, reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.04.075
"Construction or development of single-family
residential structures adjacent to arterial
highways, as designated on the Circulation
Element of the Anaheim General Plan - Arterial
Streets and Highways, shall require that resi-
dential structures be oriented so as to rear
on such highways."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
