2613ORDINANCE NO. 2613 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No(s). 68R-347 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the fractional Northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East one-half of the East one-half of the fractional Northwest quarter of said Section 2; thence North 890 59' 45" West along the South line of the Northwest one-quarter of said Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West a distance of 228.63 feet to the Southeast corner of the land described in Deed to the State of California, recorded March 19, 1959, in Book 4632, page 181 of Official Records; thence along the boundary of said land to the State of California, the following courses and distances: North 0° 00' 15" East 29.97 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northerly having a radius of 38.00 feet, a radial line through said point bears South 0° 00' 15" West; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 48° 48' 43" an arc distance of 32.37 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Southerly having a radius of 44.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 620 43' 56" an arc distance of 48.17 feet to a point in the Southerly line of the Orange County Flood Control Channel, 65.00 feet wide; said point being a point in a curve in said Southerly line concave Northwesterly having a radius of 527.50 feet, a radial line through said point bears South -1- 67-68-85 470 55' 04" East; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 100 57' 57" an arc distance of 100.96 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve in said Southerly line, concave Southeasterly having a radius of 472.50 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 380 01' 21" an arc distance of 313.56 feet to the West line of said East one-half of the East one-half of the Northwest quarter; thence South 0° 46' 46" East 335.01 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-2, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following condition: That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. SECTION 2. The City Zoning M amended, and the property a the zone in which it is now made a part of the zone or City Zoning Map as amended is hereby directed to prepa to the City Zoning Map show adopted. SECTION 3. ap shall be, and the same is hereby, bove described shall be excluded from situated, and incorporated in and zones as above set forth, and said is hereby adopted and the City Engineer re a sectional zoning map to be added ing the changes hereby approved and The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
