2612ORDINANCE NO. 2612 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No (s) . =�=6$= F44= 6SR-439 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That parcel of land, being a portion of Lot 4, Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6 of the J. D. Taylor Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 36, pages 58, 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence North 170 00' 26" West 48.39 feet; thence North 750 19' 40" East 215.98 feet; thence South 250 41' 41" East 64.05 feet to the intersection with the Northerly line of said Lot 6; thence South 610 27' 05" West 100.36 feet along said Northerly line to an angle point therein; thence South 840 51' 05" West 158.21 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building and zoning inspection. -1- 67-68-104 That sidewalks shall be installed along Jefferson Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, prior to final building and zoning inspections. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homes prior to final building and zoning inspections. That all exterior lighting shall be directed downward and away from abutting parcels, prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
