2914ORDINANCE NO. 2914 AtNI ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM A14END- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEI11r 1,1UNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEITi DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 3977, 7393 and 69R-384 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed 'hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the Citv Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied witil. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or mars showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the areas situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit; PARCEL 1: The easterly 330.225 feet of the south half of the north- west quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 24, being a portion of Lot 41 in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon De Santa Ana, in the City of E�naheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 2 Pages 256 and 257 of Patents of Los Angeles County, California, and as per map recorded in Book 51 Page 10 of Miscellaneous .daps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in Yl , LIGHT TMANUFACTURING ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a building setback line be established on each side of Winston Road, and on the north side of Cerritos Avenue, and that said setback line be established 50 feet from the centerline of said streets. (At the time property is developed) 2. That said setback area be landscaped by the property owner from the setback line to the curb until such time as street widening and sidewalks are required. That the owners of City of Anaheim the widening purposes; subject property deed to the following land for street A strip of land 53 feet in width from the center- line of Ball Road, measured at right angles from said centerline (30 feet existent); A strip of land 53 feet in width from he center- line along State College Boulevard measured at right angles from said centerline (30 feet exist- ing on most of the land, 50 feet existing on some portions thereof); A stria of land 32 feet in width from the center- line along each side of Winston Road, measured at right angles from said centerline (20 feet existing on the north side and variable dedica- tion from 20 feet to full dedication existing on the south side of Winston Road); A strip of land 45 feet in width from the center- line along Cerritos Avenue, measured at right angles from said centerline (full dedication existing on a portion of the land and 20 feet existing on a portion). 4. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance witz standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, and that said engineering requirements and improvements shall be installed at the time the property is developed. 5. That the owners of subject property shall Pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes at the time the property is developed, or shall install street lights as required and approved by the Utilities Director of the City of Anaheim at the time subject property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning 11dap shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set fort -it and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the Citv Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning :'dap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 2nd day of March , 19 71 .
