OF CC~P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNfD TO THE GflN-f~RAL UNiT

WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has reo~m,~ded in a staff
report dated June 11, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amerzled in the ~anner
hereJ_~after set forth, effective June 21, 1991; a~d
WH~S, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-49 which established rates of c~L~ensation for classes assigned to the
General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
W/~REAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of tb~ city of Anaheim.
NOW, TH~P~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the city of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective June 21, 1991 through October 10, 1991, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who are
now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

2. ~nat, effective October 11, 1991 through October 8, 1992, the
basic cc~pensation plan for all officers and e~ployees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will in the future be ~L~loyed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

3. That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are
now e~ployed or will in the future be ~L~loyed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FORTH~ RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the city of Anaheim and the
General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association apply to the
foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FORT~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 91R-49 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGO]/~G RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the city O~mcil
of the City of Anaheim this 18thday of June, 1991.
