AM~qDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-157 WHIC~{ ESTABLISHED RATES
OF O2~P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGneD TO THE G~qERAL
P.~Y<ESl~ri'~13 BY THE ANA~:~M MUNICIPAL ~LOY~Zq ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has rec~aLm~-Xzled in a staff
report dated June 11, 1991, that Resolution No. 9/R-157 be amended i]1 the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective May 24, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
91R-157 which esbmhlished rates of compensation for classes assigned to tb~
General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective May 24, 1991 through October 10, 1991, the basic
con10ensation plan for all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who are
now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed
below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

2. That, effective October 11, 1991 through October 8, 1992, the

who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURIIHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated FebD~mry 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Unit of the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association apply to the
foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FL%q~%~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 91R-157 shall r~in in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the city of Anaheim thi~ 18tbday of June, 1991.
