AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY DELETING PARAGRAPH 13 OF SECTION
14.40.065, AND BY AMENDING SECTION 14.40.060,
BY ADDING THERETO PARAGRAPH 28, RELATING TO
SPEED LIMITS, AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO.
2832.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:

That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.065 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
deleting Paragraph 13 thereof, which reads as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.065 FORTY MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS
"13. SUNKIST STREET, between Lincoln Avenue and
Ball Road."
SECTTON 2_
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.060 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 28 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.060 THIRTY FIVE MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS
"28. SUNKIST STREET, between La Palma Avenue to
Ball Road."
RECTION 3.
That Ordinance No. 2832 passed by the City Council of
the City -of Anaheim on July 14, 1970, is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of August , 1970.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2845 on the 4th day of August,
1970.
