A RESOLLTION OF THE CA'A~¥ ~OUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF ANA~,:,M AMenDING
RESOI331~ON NO. 91R-78 WHIC~ ESTABLISHED RATES OF C~4P~SATION FOR
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has reco~nended in a staff
report dated June 11, 1991, that Resolution No. 91R-78 be amended in the
man~er hereinafter set forth, effective June 21, 1991; and
W-H~REAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 9/1{-78 which established rates of compensation for classifications
designated as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
the afore~aentioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city
of Anaheim as follows:
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-78 be amended by adding
the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranqe
Capital Projects Manager X CR17
Deputy Planning Director X CR19
Planning Administrative Services Manager X C~13
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-78 be an~/~ed by
changing the salary range for the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Code Enforcement Manager X C~q17
3. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-78 be amended by
deleting the following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Economic Development Manager X CR17
Planning Division Manager X CR17
Public Utilities Administrative Services Manager X
BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that the effective date of said am~_ndments
to Resolution No. 91R-78 is June 21, 1991.
AND, BE IT ~ RESOLVED that except as a~ended herein,
l~solution No. 91R-78 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUI~ON is approved and adc~ed by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 18thday of June, 1991.
