91-342 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR CERTAIN PARK AND
RECREATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore did adopt
Resolution No. 91R-200, which resolution did establish the fees
to be charged for various park and recreation programs of the
City; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend certain
of the fees set forth in Resolution No. 91R-200 as hereinafter
set forth, and
WHEREAS, the fees and charges hereinafter amended do
not exceed the costs incurred in providing said facilities and
programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that the portion of Exhibit "A" attached to
Resolution No. 91R-200 pertaining to the rental rates of the
"Show Wagon" be and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SHOW WAGON
Nonresident $120/day + staff
Nonprofit $ 90/day + staff
Resident $ 60/day + staff"
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of ~cember,1991.
