AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-220 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 4, Tract No. 925, as shown on
a Map recorded in book. 29, pages 42 to 44, Misc-
ellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 4,
said point being the Northeast corner of the land
conveyed to Walter Kraemer and others by deed recorded
June 19, 1967 in book 8284, page 809 of Official
Records, of Orange County, California, thence South 0°
03' 47" East 780.23 feet along the East line of said
Lot 4 to the Southeast corner thereof; thence South
45° 03' 26" West 195.56 feet along the Southeasterly
line of said Lot 4 to a point in the northerly line
of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Orange County
Water District by deed recorded November 25, 1938 in
book 963, page 541, Official Records, records of Orange
County, California; thence South 81° 52' 49" West 373.84

Fast 622.74 feet to the Southwest corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical
Co. by deed recorded June 19, 1967 in book 8284, page
812, Official Records, records of Orange County,
California, said point being on a curve concave Northerly
and having a radius of 1970.00 feet, a radial line of
said point bears South 8° 48' 46" East, thence Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 4° 53' 22�`
a distance of 168.11 feet; thence South 78° 15' 39" East
135.46 feet to the Westeriv corner of said parcel of
land conveyed to Walter Xraemer and others, said point
being on a curve concave Southerlv and having a radius
of 1970.00 feet, a radial line at said point bears North
13° 43' 32'3 west; thence Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 4° 53' 15`' a distance of 168.05
feet to the point of beginning.
Except therefrom the Easterly 120.0 feet thereof; as
measured at ricrht angles froze, the east line of said Lot
4.
Also excepting all oil, gas, minerals and other hydrocar-
bon substances below a depth of 500 feet from the surface
thereof without the right of entre upon the surface or
within 500 feet of the surface thereof, as reserved in
the deed excecuted by Walter W, Xraemer, as his separate
property and. Alfred 0. Kraemer, a single man, recorded.

of land 105.00 feet wide, (known as La Palma Avenue) as
described in dead to the Countv of Orange, recorded
Julv 12, 1967 in Boot: 8308, paae 520 of Official Records.
now is ORANGE.; COUNTY Ml, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and OF.A1?G1'
COUNTY 100 -Ml -220,000; LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in the CITY OF ATAT*,`EI1.I 1111-1,
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions;
1. That all engineering r_ec;uirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewal'cs, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other aop urtenant work,
shall be corn.plied with as reruired by the City Engineer and in
accordance with the standard plans and snecifica.ti_ons on file
in the Office of the City Engineer, at the fire the property is
develo-oed .
2. That the owners of subject orooerty shall install
street lighting on all streats witei n t �e area as re -uirec 'Dv
the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the property is
developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served with
underground utilities.
SECTIO11 2.
The Cite Zoning -.Tao shall be, and the sante is hereat'
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set fort_, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is "Hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to -be added
to the City Zoning lla-o showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify_ to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the sar=iie to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said Citta, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
