3075ORDINANCE NO. 3075 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Ball Road with the centerline of Harbor Boulevard; thence Westerly along said centerline of Ball Road a distance of 178.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the centerline of Harbor Boulevard a distance of 178.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the center- line of Ball Road a distance of 178.00 feet to the centerline of Harbor Boulevard; thence Northerly along the centerline of Harbor Boulevard a distance of 178.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom all those portions lying within the right of way lines of Harbor Boulevard and Ball Road. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENERAL COM111ERCIAL ZONE and M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the following conditions: -1- 66-67-61(54) 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the. Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
