AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO, 3064.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance is hereby amended to correct
the legal description set forth therein to read as follows:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block 14 of the Golden State
Tract, in the City of Anaheim, California, as per map
recorded in Book 4, Pages 66 and 67, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 3,
being at the centerline intersection of Coronado Street
and Kraemer Boulevard as shown on map recorded in Book
38, page 21 of Parcel Maps, Records of said Orange
County; thence along the centerline of said Coronado
Street, South 730 39' 11" West 228.71 feet. Thence
parallel with the centerline of Kraemer Boulevard,
North 160 21' 09" West, 20.00 feet to the northerly
line of Coronado Street and the True Point of Beginning.
Thence, continuing North 160 21' 09" West, 289.50 feet;
thence parallel with said centerline of Coronado Street,
South 730 39' 11" West 431.40 feet to the southwesterly
line of said Lot 3; thence along said southwesterly line,
South 160 20' 58" East 289.50 feet to the northerly line
of Coronado Street; thence along said northerly line,
North 720 39' 11" East 431.42 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance No.
3064 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
