3069ORDINANCE NO. 3069 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 71g-9-70 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the Citv Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain real property situated in the State of California, County of Orange, partly within the City of Anaheim, described as follows: That portion of the third class lands allotted to Ynez Yorba de Cota in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, rendered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, a certi- fied copy of which Decree was recorded February 8, 1874, in Book 28, page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of La Palma Avenue, 106.00 feet wide, as described in the ease- ment deed to the County of Orange recorded July 12, 1967 in Book 8308, page 472 of Official Records, records of said County, with the Westerly line of said third class land; thence North 890 48' 10" East along said centerline, 430.00 feet; thence at right angles South 00 11' 50" East, 878.66 -1- 70-71-47(3) feet to the Northerly line of the land described in the deed to the Southern California Edison Company, a corpora- tion, recorded December 30, 1965 in Book 7792, page 153 of said Official Records; thence North 810 27' 52 West along said Northerly line, 441.80 feet to the Westerly line of said third class land; thence North 00 16' 28" East along said Westerly line, 811.61 feet to the point of beginning. now is ORANGE COUNTY M1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and ORANGE COUNTY 100-M1-20000, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and that it be changed to and incorporated in the CITY. OF ANAHEIM M-11 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions. 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the property is developed. 3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 4. That subject property shall be served with underground utilities. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the Same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force., THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 25th day of July , 1972 M7/1R OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ATTEST: -2, z2re_a"'_� CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FAL ;kw -2- STATE.
