AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-495 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the Citv Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The North 369 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheira, County o;
Orange; State of California, Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said. Orange County.
EXCEPTI14G THEREFROM. the West 846 feet thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTIIIG T�IEREFR014 the East 79 feet thereof.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, 14IULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the sidewalks shall be installed along La Palma
Avenue as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.

3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the south and west property li-.es.,),
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be nronerly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent pro-
perties.
6. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
7. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheir,,� the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu
fees as determined to be
appropriate by the City Council, said
fees to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
8. That Conditions 'Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excludec7l from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and silall cause the same to be printed once within
-fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
