AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 66R-634 & 62R-335 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The westerly 10 acres of the southerly 20 acres of
Lot 15 in Block "K" of Kraemer Tract, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California.
EXCEPT the North 25.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof lying easterly of the
westerly line of a strip of land, 105.00 feet in width,
the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of La Palma Avenue,
North 730 09' 45" East, 413.52 feet from its intersection
with the center line of Dowling Street as said intersection
is shown in County Surveyor's Transit Book 123, page 40
on file in the Office of the County Surveyor of said
County, said point being on a non -tangent curve concave
easterly and having a radius of 4000 feet, a radial line
to said point bears North 820 18' 28" West; thence north-
erly 273.42 feet along said curve through a central angle

of 30 54' 59"; thence tangent to said curve North 110 36'
31" East, 1290.26 feet, as conveyed to the Orange County
Flood Control District by deed recorded February 7, 1961,
in Book 5621, page 86 of Official Records.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the westerly 203 feet of the
southerly 203 feet. Said distances are measured parallel
to the westerly and southerly lines of Lot 15 respectively.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all plans for development of the property shall be
submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development,
both structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of May , 19 72 .

same was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 23rd day of May, 1972, by the following vote

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance on the 23rd day of
May, 1972.
