3049ORDINANCE NO. 3049
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1979 BY DELETING CONDITION NO.
4 CONTAINED THEREIN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Ordinance No. 1979
on the 31st day of March, 1964; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the adoption of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, because of change of circumstances, use and
occupancy of the premises described therein, it is necessary to
delete Condition No. 4 contained therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1979 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting Condition No. 4 contained therein.
SECTION 2.
With the exception of the deletion hereinabove noted,
all other terms and conditions of said ordinance shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of May , 1972.
