AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AIJAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. .71-324 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones he einafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the office of
the Director of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department.
3. That a six --foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the south property line of the street boundary
as shown on Area Development Plan No. 0'4, Alternate
B; that reasonable landscaping with 15 -gallon trees,
including irrigation facilities, shall be installed
the full distance of said wall, plans for said
landscaping to be su:.mitted to and ap-proved by the
Superintendent of Parkway laintenance ; and that the
owners of subject property shall enter into an
agreement with the City to perpetually maintain the
above mentioned landscaped median, the agreement to
be a covenant to run with the land.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from vie -,•7, and the sound buffere'
from adjacent prozerties.
5. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
6. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the ap ;ropri ate par., andV
recreation in --lieu fees as determined to be aDpro-

the time the building permit is issued.
7. That drainage of su`:)ject property7 shall be disposed
of in a manner satis.factor T to the City Engineer.
3. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 and 7, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City zoning Lap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set f_ort?:i, and said
City zoning as amended is here':y adopted and the City Engineer

SECTION; 3.
The City Cler', shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anahei�� Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, pu--lished and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in Null force.
