ORDINANCE NO. 3019
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.
190 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING
TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting paragraphs 12, 15 and 31 and adding paragraphs 79 and
80 to read as follows;
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME - STREETS
DESIGNATED.
79. Magnolia Avenue, on both sides, from the North
City Limits to La Palma Avenue; on the east
side, from one hundred twenty-three feet south
of the center line of Rome Avenue to two hundred
eighty-two feet southerly thereof; on the west
side, from Stonybrook Drive to Ball Road.
80. Rampart Street, on both sides, from Orangewood
Avenue to the South City Limits."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of March , 1972.
