AN ORDIN,UiC::' OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM MENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2937 BY DELETING CERTAIN CON-
DITIONS THERETO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEII DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Ordinance No. 2937
on the 15th day, of June, 1971; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the adoption of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, because of change of circumstances, use and
occupancy of the premises described therein, it is necessary to
delete certain conditions thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 2VNAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO1,17S :
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2937 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting Conditions Nos. 4 and 7 thereto.
SECTION 2.
With the exception of the deletion hereina:)ove noted;
all other terms and conditions of said ordinance sb all remain
in full force and effect.
The City Cleric shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, publis�ed and circu-
lated in said Citv, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
