Ali ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.160
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
RESTRICTED PARKING - 3:00 A.M. TO 6:00 A.M.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.160 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"14.32.160 PARKING RESTRICTED --THREE A.P. TO
SIX A.M.
"Itis unlawful between the hours of three a.m. and
six a.m, of any day to park or leave parked any
vehicle upon any of the following streets or places:
1. That portion of Lincoln Avenue between Helena
Street and Olive Street.
2. That portion of Anaheir. Boulevard between
Broadway and Cypress Street.
3. Upon any public parking lot or area owned or
maintained by the City of Anaheim.
4. Oak Street, from Lemon Street to Helena Street.''
RECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of February , 1972 .
