AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.12; SECTION 1.12.070
OF THE ANAHEIM MUN I C I P� sL CODE v RELATING TO
DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIitii DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1.
That Title 1, Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.070 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Paragraphs (e) and (f) to read as follows:
"(e) If the City Purchasing Department determines that
any of the unclaimed property held by the Police
Department is needed for a public use and can be
transferred to the City Purchasing Department in
accordance with California Civil Code Section
2080.4, such property may be retained by the City
for public use and need not be sold. After said
property is transferred to the City Purchasing
Department, such property shall not be redeemable
by the owner or other person entitled to possession.

final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
