2994v ORDINANCE NO. 2994 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEI14 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 65R-661 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the third class land allotted to R. Rivas, in the Citv of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon De Santa Ana, a certified copy of which was recorded February 8, 1874, in Book. 28, page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, together with that portion of Imperial Highway as abandoned by the Board of Supervisors, Resolution Number 63-1128, a copy of which was filed August 13, 1963, in book 6673, page 350 of Official Records, described as follo,.s: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of La Palma Avenue with the centerline of Imperial Highway as shown on parcel map designated as R.S.T. 4757 recorded in parcel map book 30, pages 48 and 49, of Official Records of Orange County, California, thence North 86° 31' 03" West along the centerline of said La Palma Avenue, 77.52 feet; thence South -1- 65-66-25-(1) O10 23' 00" West parallel to said centerline of Imperial Highway a distance of 53.03 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 860 31' 03" West parallel to the centerline of said La Palma Avenue, 180.51 feet; thence South 010 23' 00" West, 213.00 feet; thence South 89° 11' 13"' East, 209.37 feet to a point in the westerly right of way line of said Imperial Highway; thence along said westerly right of way line, North 63° 37' 19" West, 55.17 feet; thence North 01° 23' 00" East, 30.00 feet; thence North 830 45' 44" East along said westerly right of way line, a distance of 36.02 feet to a point in the south- westerly line of that parcel of land described in the deed to the State of California recorded ?llarch 29, 1949 in book 1822, page 94 of Official Records; thence North 79° 11" 23" West along said southwesterly line; 12.13 feet to the most westerly corner of said parcel of land; thence North 10° 431 37" East along the north- westerly line of said parcel of land, 121.79 feet to tile most southerly corner of Parcel No. 143.21 as described in deed to County of Orange recorded in boo",ti 8390, pages 488 to 492 of Official Records; thence North 420 29' 04" West along the southwesterly line of said Parcel No. 143.21, 33.40 feet to the true point of beginning. now is R -A, AGRICULTUF2AL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the Citv of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewal s, street grading and T?aving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accord- ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the Citv of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property silall be submitted to and approved by the Development Review Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning reap shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the Citv Engineer is herebv directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning 211ap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. -2- SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
