2993ORDINANCE NO. 2993 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 1 in Block 10 of the Golden State Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the westerly line of said lot South 16° 00' 02" East, 20.00 feet to the southerly line of Miraloma Avenue, formerly Anaheim Road, as shown on map of said Golden State Tract; thence along said southerly line North 740 00' 46" East 134.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 500 15' 46" East, 94.11 feet to the most westerly corner of that certain easement conveyed to the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, a public corporation, described in Parcel 2 of deed recorded January 15, 1968, in Book 8492, page 353 of Official Records; thence along the southwesterly line and the southerly line of said Parcel 2, South 50° 15' 46'' East 12.19 feed. and South 81° 23' 41" East, 39.79 feet to -1- 61-62-69 (47) the southeasterly line of said parcel 2; thence along said southeasterly line North 53° 33' 12" East 270.08 feet to a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet southerly, from said southerly line of Miraloma Avenue; thence along said parallel line South 74° 00' 46" West 90.48 feet to the beginning of a curve concave northerly having a radius of 280.00 feet; thence westerly 75.04 feet along said curve through a central angle of 15° 21' 17" to said southerly line of Miraloma Avenue; thence along said southerly line south 74° 00' 46" West, 184.46 feet to the true point of beginning. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer at the tire the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheirz the stun of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the tixge the property is developed. 3. That all plans for develoTx ent of the property shall be submitted to and approved b- the Architectural Control Committee on the basis"of compatibility of develonment, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer_ is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin_, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
