A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION
FOR A RIDING AND HIKING T~IL EASEMENT
(Stolo - Grantor)
WHEREAS, the subdivider of certain property located a
7585 Martella Lane did, as a condition of approval of Parcel Map
No. 87-415, irrevocably offer for dedication an easement for
riding and hiking purposes; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider and City of Anaheim did
thereafter enter that certain subdivision agreement pertaining to
said irrevocable offer and other matters; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has now requested the City of
Anaheim to accept or reject said offer of dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept said offer in order
to extend the system of riding and hiking trails in the area.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that said offer of dedication be, and the
same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of b~cembe~ ,
