AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHET14 DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-658 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI"ON 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL "A""
That portion of the southwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of fractional Section 7, Township 4 South, Range
9 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Tract No. 6138 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 229, pages 22 through
24 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, said corner being a point in the center-
line of Dutch Avenue as shown on said Tract; thence South
01 10' 03" West 497.35 feet along the westerly line of
said Tract to the southwest corner of said Tract; thence
South 89° 51' 10" West 807.63 feet along the westerly
prolongation of the southerly line of said Tract to a
point in the centerline of Rio Vista Street as shown on
said Tract; thence North 0° 08' 30" East 825.00 feet along
the centerline of said Rio Vista Street; thence North 89°
51' 10" East 678.19 feet; thence South 00 10' 03" West
326.94 feet to a point in the westerly prolongation of the
centerline of Dutch Avenue as shown on said Tract; thence
South 89° 50' 08" East 129.81 feet along last mentioned
.prolongation to the point of beginning.

Beginning at the westerly terminus of that certain course
hereinbefore described as having a bearing and length of
South 89° 50' 08" East 129.81 feet; thence parallel with
said westerly line of said Tract No. 6138, South 0° 10'
03" West to the southerly line of said land.

That portion of the southwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of fractional Section 7, Township 4 South, Range
9 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Tract No. 6138 as
shown on a map recorded in Book 229, pages 22 through 24
inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Oranae
County, said corner being a point in the centerline of
Dutch Avenue as shown on said Tract; thence South 0° 10'
03" West 497.35 feet along the westerly line of said
Tract to the southwest corner of said Tract; thence South
890 51' 10 West 807.63 feet along the westerly prolonga-
tion of the southerly line of said Tract to a point in the
centerline of Rio Vista Street as shown on said Tract;
thence North 00 08' 30" East 825.00 feet along the center-
line of said Rio Vista Street; thence North 89° 51' 10
East 678.19 feet; thence South 0° 10' 03" West 326.94
feet to a point in the westerly prolongation of the center-
line of Dutch Avenue as shown on said Tract; thence South
890 50' 08" East 129.81 feet along last mentioned
prolongation to the point of beginning.
Except therefrom that portion of said land lying easterly
of the following described line:
Beginning at the Westerly terminus of that certain course
hereinbefore described as having a bearing and length
of South 89° 50' 08" East 129.81 feet; thence parallel
with said westerly line of said Tract No. 6138, South 0°
10' 03" West to the southerly line of said land.
Also known as Tract No. 7088 as recorded November 15,
1971, in Book 288, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in the following zones:
That Parcel A hereinbefore described shall be changed
to and incorporated in R-1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
That Parcel B hereinbefore described shall be changed to
and incorporated in R-2 5,000, ONE FAMILY ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City. Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
,fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim. Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
