AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM? AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF THE ANAHEI_1 MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 14.32.
246 AND SECTION 14.32.247 RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto
Section 14.32.246 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.246 SYCAMORE STREET - PARKING DURING
SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED.
It is unlawful for any person to park or leave
parked any vehicle on the north side of Sycamore
Street, from the east property line to the west
property line of the Sycamore Junior High School.
The Chief of Police is authorized and directed
to erect and maintain along the street appropri-
ate signs reading 'NO PARKING DURING SCHOOL.
HOURS . " `°
SECTION 2_
"SECTION 14.32.247 GILBERT STREET -a PARKING DURING
SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED.
It is unlawful for any person to park or leave
parked any vehicle on the west side of Gilbert
Street, from the north property line to the south
property line of the Melbourne Gauer Elementary
School. The Chief of Police is authorized and
directed to erect and maintain along the street
appropriate signs reading 'NO PARKING DURING SCHOOL
HOURS.'"
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of November , 1971.
