AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No, 67R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones: hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relatinq
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or mans showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of
California; County of Orange, City of Anaheim,
described as follows:
The Northerlv 235.00 feet of the Easterl-7 210.00
feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, Cite of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in book 51, pane 10 of ��iiscellaneous
Maps, records of said county, as measured along
the Easterly and Northerly lines of said North-
west Quarter.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, side�,,alks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard glans and specifications on
file in the Office of the Citv Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.

2, That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
., foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed,
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the office
of the Director of Public Woriks and Superintendent
of Streets, prior to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in archi-
tectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning I4ap shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certifv to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
