2972ORDINANCE NO. 2972 A AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all 'of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain land situated in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, described as follows: The Northerly 145 feet of the East one-half of the South one-half of Lot 14 in Block "K" of the "Kraemer Tract", as shown on a Map recorded in book 12, paces 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Ana_eles County, California. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be chanced to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the follow- ina conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and cutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainaae facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the Citv Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. -1- 61-62-69(46) 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the Citv of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That all plans for development of the property shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally and architecturally. SECTION 2, The City Zonina Map shall be, and the same is herebv amendedf and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Man as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is herebv directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zonina Map showing the changes herebv approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the. Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
