AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 14.32.245,
RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section
14.32.245 to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.245 ROMNEYA DRIVE --PARKING DURING
SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED.
It is unlawful for any person to park or leave parked
any vehicle on the north side of Romneya Drive, from
the east property line to the west property line of
the Patrick Henry Elementary School. The Chief of
Police is authorized and directed to erect and main-
tain along the street appropriate signs reading 'NO
PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS'."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
