AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHLIM DOES FII4D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-366 determining that a change
or cFianges in a zone or zoneshereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 2: The east 130.02 feet of the west 179.02 feet
of the north 236.02 feet of the northeast one-quarter of
the northeast one-quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
northerly 66 feet thereof lying within Lincoln Avenue.
Parcel 3: The east 100 feet of the west 279.02 feet of
the north 236.02 feet of the northeast one-quarter of the
northeast one-quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING therefrom the
northerly 66 feet lying within Lincoln Avenue.
Parcel 4: The north half of the northeast one-auarter of
the northeast one-quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
northerly 344 feet (as measured to the centerline of
Lincoln Avenue) of the easterly 816.07 feet. ALSO EXCEPT-
ING THEREFROM the westerly 279.02 feet of the northerly
236.02 feet as measured to the centerline of Lincoln
Avenue.

Parcel 7: The easterly 194.00 feet of the northerly 344.00
feet (as measured to the centerline of Lincoln Avenue) of
the west half of the northeast one-quarter of the northeast
one-quarter of the northeast one-quarter of Section 18,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the northerly 66 feet lying within Lincoln Avenue.
now is County of Orange 100-C-1, 10,0001 COMMERCIAL ZONE, and
R2 -1,500r MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, subject to the
following condition:
1. That these reclassification proceedings are granted
subject to completion of annexation of subject
property to the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of August , 19 71.
