AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHLIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 7121-325 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zone�reinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:

recorded in book 8 page 73 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California; thence easterly along the
prolongation of the northerly line of said Lot 2 to its
intersection with the westerly line of the State Highway
100 feet wide, as said Highway existed on April 29, 1930;
thence southeasterly along the westerly line of said
State Highway to its intersection with the Easterly
prolongation of the center line of Midway Drive, as
shown on said map of the Joseph Fiscus Subdivision; thence
westerly along said prolongation to its intersection with
the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of said
Lot 2 of the Joseph Fiscus Subdivision; thence northerly
along said prolongation and along the easterly line of
Lots 2 and 3 of said Joseph Fiscus Subdivision to the
point of beginning.

incorporated in C-1, GENE;AL COMYERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along Anaheim Boulevard as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the office of the City
Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file with the office of
the Director of Public Works.
3. That dense landscaping shall be provided along the
west property line adjacent to the existing chain
link fence to adequately shield the commercial use
from the existing school; plans for said landscaping
shall be submitted to the Development Services
Department for approval.
4; That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered
from adjacent properties.
5. That subject property shall by served by under-
ground utilities.
6, That existing driveways shall be modified or
eliminated to conform with existing City of Anaheim
driveway standards.
7, That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, above
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from,
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Hap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning may to be added
to the City Zoning May showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in t'_ae Ana's_-eim Bulletin,
a newspap er of general circulation, printed, pu -lis led and circa--
lated in said Cittir, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall tai -:e effect and be in full force.
