AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO, 2930, NUNC PRO TUNC; RE-
LATING TO SUBDIVISIONS,
WHEREAS: Ordinance No, 2930 was adopted by the City
Council on June 15, 1971; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error,
certain sections of said ordinance were misnumbered and ineptly
phrased and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said sec-
tions, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1.
That the title of said Ordinance No. 2930 be and the
same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc to read as follows:
``AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 17,
CHAPTERS 17,06 and 17,08 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE".
SECTION 2,
That the first paragraph of Section 5 of Ordinance No,
2930 be and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read
as follows;
"SECTION 5:
"That Title 17, Chapter 17,06, of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding Sec-
tion 17,06,290 to read as follows:"
SECTION 3.
That the first paragraph of Section 6 of Ordinance No,
2930 be and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read
as follows:
'`SECTION 6:
"That Title 17, Chapter 17.08, of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding
Section 17.08.311 to read as follows:
��SECTION 17.08,311 ARTERIAL HIGHWAY LANDSCAPING. The
developers of property . . . . . . ."
SECTION 4,
That the first paragraph of Section 7 of Ordinance No,
2930 be and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to read
as follows:.

SECTION 7;
That Title 17, Chapter 17,08, of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding Section
17,08,352 to read as follows."
SECTION 5,
That the first paragraph of Section 8 of Ordinance No,
2930 be and the same is hereby amended., nunc pro tunc, to read
as follows;
'� SECTION 8;
`'That Title 17, Chapter 17,08, of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding Section
17,08,354 to read as follows;
SECTION 6,
That except as by this Ordinance, amended Ordinance
No, 2930 shall be and remain in full force and effect as origi-
nally passed.
SECTION 7,
The. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed: once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force,
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
