AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO, 2949# NUNC PRO TUNC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error
certain conditions were incorporated in Ordinance No. 2949
incorrectly; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to correct
Ordinance No. 2949, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby amended, by changing the
boundaries of the zones as set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
"All of that area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows, to wit:
Tract No. 6978 as recorded July 8, 1971 in Book
No. 281, pages 49 and 50 of miscellaneous Maps of
Orange County, California.
now is COUNTY A-1, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM, R-2-51000, SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE upon the following condition:
1. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and
recreation in -lieu fees as determined to be appro-
priate by the City Council, said fees to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
That except as by this Ordinance, amended Ordinance 2949
shall be and remain in full force and effect as originally passed.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall tare effect and be in full force.
